Market Review – October 2019

Welcome back to our Market Review! This month, our Chief Options Specialist, Jason Ayres, reflects on the October market.

Overall, North American markets managed to deliver modest returns for the month of September. Despite predictions that Trump’s impeachment will impact the markets, we don’t think it will have a material impact on the stock markets.

Investors continue to ride a market roller coaster will no real resolution in sight. At Learn-to-Trade, we are focused on the following three themes:

  • The U.S./China trade war
  • Slowing global growth
  • More accommodating monetary policies
